Carol Pavlik, MA, LPC, LMFT

Hi, I’m Carol Pavlik…

My goal in counseling and coaching is to encourage and motivate my clients as we work together. I strive to help others work through life’s challenges, establish and accomplish their goals, and ultimately change their lives in more healthy and positive ways.

Working with individuals, couples, or groups, ages 21 and up, I specialize in working with issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, relationships, couples counseling, divorce or relationship recovery, getting through and rebuilding after divorce, recovering from narcissistic relationships, addiction, the impact of addiction on relationships, codependence, self-esteem development, the effects of childhood trauma on emotional development in adulthood, life transitions, life coaching, business coaching & consulting, and personal or work-related issues.

I have trained extensively as a Level 3 Gottman Methods Couples Therapist, and provide a research-driven, as well as honest and direct approach toward healing. Together, we work toward developing better communications, overcoming issues, and learning how to strengthen relationship skills.

In coaching, I come alongside of you to help strengthen your mindset, remove limiting beliefs, set your overall goals, and continually motivate and encourage you along the way. Together, we strategically plan what works best for you.

Licensed as both a Professional Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist, I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling with post-graduate study in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Psychology. I am a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), and the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).
